All Items are shipped Worldwide, dispatched direct from Essaouira and occasionally from Marrakech Morocco as well as from London UK. Country of dispatch will be indicated on product listing. Items are sent by secure fast couriers POSTEMAROC AMANA, DHL or UPS with guaranteed delivery.
Delivery time within 4-5 Business Days to U.S.A, UK and Europe.
Australia, Asia and Oceania delivery within 8 days depending on location and customs.
Everywhere else 8 - 10 Days.
Express Delivery - Due to the transit route distance from Essaouira to Casablanca Airport to reach the final global destination the quickest delivery timeframe is 3 days. DHL offer Express delivery for arrival within 3 days to your door. Please enquire should you require Express Delivery

Kindly allow up to 1-2 days for the processing of your order. As part of our outstanding customer service all rugs are professionally cleaned and repaired by our specialist restoration team if needed completely free of charge prior to dispatch.

All prices are exclusive of shipping costs. Fees are calculated by weight, dimensions and/or size of parcel. Shipping fees are paid by the client and shown on the invoice.
All Customs duties /tax that may be due are not included in the sale and is the responsibility of the client.
Please enquire with your local customs office to determine what additional cost may incur prior to purchasing. A lovely free trade agreement exists between the U.S. and Morocco no custom charges apply.
We cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the post due to the post service, holidays or religious festivals or any disruptions in or out of Morocco.
D E L I V E R Y
Your order will be processed and carefully wrapped in inner and outer protective materials ready for dispatch to the address stated on your order. You should receive a notification of shipping via email upon the dispatch of your parcel. Your email will contain further details regarding the courier, timeframe of delivery, tracking ID and revelant information.
T R A C K IN G
We use a select number of couriers for the dispatch of your order. Courier will leave a calling card if delivery attempt is unsuccessful with details on how contact can be made to rearrange delivery of your parcel. Thus a contact number, mobile or landline is required for this purpose. Your parcel can also be tracked on the couriers website.

Boutiquemaroc cannot be held responsible for parcels not received or collected. Parcels that are not collected will be sent back to us by courier. We are not responsible for items shipped back to us. We will charge the client again for sending the parcel a second time due to non-receipt or collection on the first shipping. Alternative address such as work or business maybe provided to us. A discreet service is also offered to our clients please enquire.

Here at Boutiquemaroc we travel extensively across Morocco to many rural parts visiting many tribal areas consisting of local Beni Ourain, Beni Mirit and Azilal tribes seeking out the finest examples of high quality Moroccan rugs and textiles. All items are hand selected and chosen for their quality, uniqueness as well as rarity. Due to the uniqueness of our rugs and textiles all sales are final.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Even though we take our upmost care parcels can somehow get damaged or show defects. If the outside of the packaging appears to be damaged due to transportation please notify the courier company.
Do contact us within seven days of receiving your damaged parcel. In the case of damaged goods please add images.

As part of our outstanding customer service all rugs are professionally cleaned prior to dispatch. All items are hand selected one of a kind and of excellent Vintage condition but may show slight defects due to natural wear and tear. Moroccan rugs, Handira Wedding Blankets and Berber cushions often have a unique variation to their size, please bare this in mind when viewing listing dimensions or images.

We also recommend that a rug pad be used underneath your rug this Contributes to the following

3<> Prevents movement.
4<> Protects the underside from any soiling.
Regulary vacumn depending on traffic use (using a canister type) using a side to side motion to minimise any disturbance of the delicate fibres. Professional cleaning is recommended although if spillage occurs spot clean immediately using a plentiful supply of water only blot and work from the outside edge into the centre of spill. Test a small corner prior to this for colour run and seek professional advice from a specialist.
Rotste your rug occasionally throughout the year to even out traffic wear. Rugs are beautiful on the reverse side to and can be used in the summer months in this position giving your space a lighter feel.
