Your order will be examined, processed and carefully wrapped in inner and outer protective materials ready for dispatch to the address stated on your order. You should receive a notification of shipping via email upon the dispatch of your parcel. Your email will contain further details regarding the courier, timeframe of delivery, tracking ID an relevant information.
T R A C K IN G
We use a select number of couriers for the dispatch of your order. Courier will leave a calling card if delivery attempt is unsuccessful with details on how contact can be made to rearrange delivery of your parcel. Thus a contact number, mobile or landline is required for this purpose. Your parcel can also be tracked on the couriers website.

Boutiquemaroc cannot be held responsible for parcels not received or collected. Parcels that are not collected will be sent back to us by courier. We are not responsible for items shipped back to us. We will charge the client again for sending the parcel a second time due to non-receipt or collection on the first shipping. Alternative address such as work or business maybe provided to us. A discreet service is also offered to our clients please enquire.

All items are hand selected and chosen for their quality, uniqueness as well as rarity. Due to the uniqueness of our rugs and textiles all sales are final.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Even though we take our upmost care parcels can somehow get damaged or show defects. If the outside of the packaging appears to be damaged due to transportation please notify the courier company.
Do contact us within seven days of receiving your damaged parcel. In the case of damaged goods please add images.
